About Us
Established by Dr. Erika Schwartz in 2001, Evolved Science was founded on the simple principle: to provide truly high-quality medical care, the patient must be at the center of the entire system. Our headquarters are based in midtown Manhattan, NY. We’ll be opening an office in Naples, FL in March 2024!
Our patients thrive because we passionately care for them as individuals, not epidemiological statistics. We look at the whole patient, the entire person, and we truly care for each patients’ well-being, like they are a member of our own family.
We believe you should feel your best, every day, from the inside out and everything we do in our practice follows this philosophy.
